Too early to test?

Question

3dpo. But have had signs over past couple of days (cramps, nausea, painful/tender nipples/breasts) is it too early to test? 
I am very impatient

It's way too early to test. Too early to even have symptoms. Implantation doesn't even happen until around 7dpo
