Breathlessness after eating?

Anyone else experiencing this? It's super annoying to me and just started today..

Heavy breathing laying down, standing, eating, sitting in the car, just existing. It only gets worse as your baby pushes up on your diaphragm. Annoying but normal unless you're having difficulty catching your breath.
