beer or sushi!?
Im 23 years old and for most my life stayed a very consistent weight of 120-130 but lately I've been gaining like crazy. first started when I went on the pill after having an IUD. I went off the pill within a couple months and I'm now on skyla (again, never experienced weight gain the first time) well I'm up to 157, I go to the gym 3+ times a week most weeks. I don't eat horribly, my weaknesses are beer and sushi. I'm considering dropping one of those out of my diet... which would I see most results from!? I know it's petty not just dropping both, but I'm weak and need to move in baby steps. HELLLLLPPPPP.
