My twins have been out of the nicu for a couple weeks and now have thrush we started them on oral nystatin a week ago and have been sterilizing everything that IRS in their mouth but there has not been any improvement. It looks like they are getting even more sores in their mouths.... I don't want to do any more medications on them unless necessary, does any body have anything that worked for their baby? They've also been terribly gassy the past few days, we've been doing gas drops but they haven't done much. Advice would be appreciated 😊
