Frightening thoughts. ...Help

My husband and I have been married for 3 years this coming Tuesday. We started trying for a baby about 6 months ago. I finally got my period on track and we were sure to be intimate multiple times during my suspected fertility time and on day of ovulation. Even did handstands after each time (someone at work told me it would help?) I'm almost 30 and would love multiple children.

I'm only 2 days late, but for the past 4 months have been by the clock. Also my breasts are really sore and tender......which led me to do a self exam. I found a dime sized knot on my lateral left breast. Freaked out. My mom just celebrated 5 yrs cancer free no more than 3 weeks ago.

Needless to say, my mind has me assuming I am pregnant, with good chance of cancer. Afraid to go to doctor yet. Just been praying A LOT for healing.

Anyone else have any advice or similar experiences than may ease my mind?
