Bought my first baby outfit

I am 6 weeks 5 days. I know its early to start buying stuff, especially clothes but its perfect! My nursery colors will be mint and grey with either coral pink for girl or navy blue for a boy. My mom said I should give this outfit to my cousin because she is having a boy in a few days and this wont look right if I have a girl. I think its adorable and I love it for a girl or boy. Our theme is also elephants. Honest opinions? Should I keep it or pass it?
