5DPO TWW something is different this month

I'm 5DPO . Not actively trying but not preventing so no charting no temping no opk. But uh I realized I ovulated on CD 10 and we BD just a few days prior. I've had cramps off and on and backaches since 2 DPO. I'm extremely gassy today and a little bloated. I might be symptom spotting but the cramping isn't normal for me this early on before AF. Anyone else? I'm trying so hard not to go buy any tests until AF is supposed to be due lol
