I wasn't sure what to name this but anyways my daughter is almost 15 months and I have been exclusively breastfeeding her, she refused a bottle from the beginning and honestly i love the closeness. Well I would go through moments when I would freak out in my own brain that maybe I am doing something wrong by letting my daughter fall asleep while she eats and then sleep on me for her naps and a lot during the night. Well slowly things got better and eventually she would fall asleep and I could put her down and she would stay asleep. I haven't doubted my decision is a few months now but for the past 4 days my daughter all on her own stopped falling asleep with my nipple in her mouth! She eats until she is full then lays her head on my chest or arm and closes her eyes and goes to sleep! I am just sooo happy and sooo proud of her! I stuck to my instincts of wanting her to do it on her own and she did! By the way she is teething currently too so I am even more impressed with her for that lol.......so for all those moms that want to feed their child until they sleep or want to rock them or do anything else that other people don't agree with just do it and trust your mommy instinct! Your child will grow out of it in their own time! And hell they are only little once so why rush it 🤷‍♀️.......sorry for the long post but I am one happy mommy! 😊
