I've been taking Plexus for 4 months now and it has changed my life! The reason I started taking it? I wanted to get my gut in check and have more energy! I also wanted something I could continue to take once I get pregnant! Not to mention these products have aided in women TTC. Some people have negative things to say about it, that's their opinion.
