I have an irregular cycle but I've been tracking my cycles since going off bc and they have gradually been decreasing in length and becoming more predictable. My last 3 cycles were 41 days, 42 days and 45 days. I was expecting this cycle to start around day 40. I started having cramps around day 40 which felt a little different than af cramps but I still assume it was coming. Here I am at day 46 with intermittent cramping and still no period. I've never experienced this type of cramping before. I took a test on day 42 which was negative. Anyone experience anything similar?
