is this a coincidence or a sign?

My hub and I have been ttc for now 9 months. we haven't talked about it to my daughter since the beginning when we asked her if she wanted a brother or sister. Thursday she said he had a baby, hub has no kids of his own so this threw him off but we didn't think much of it. today she looked at me and said there was a baby in there (pointing to my belly). based off wording it sounding like a question and so I said to her that I don't know (9dpo). I didn't tell hub because its been such a hard time for us not being able to conceive. Then at bed time, she said it again, in front of him. "there's a baby in your belly mommy" I chocked up and pretended to laugh it off like oh we don't know yet. I am now like not as calm as I was before. I was playing it cool and going about life and waiting until Friday to test because that is hub's birthday. do you think it's a sign, could she know way before I even had any little symptoms?
