I had a D&C; on July 21 for a missed MC. It was my first pregnancy and I conceived within 2 months of trying, much to my surprise. I still haven't received AF and have not been tracking with OPK as I've tried to just let my body get back to 'normal'. On top of all, I have lean PCOS so my cycles are totally out of whack.

1- how long did it take you to have a normal cycle after a D&C;?

2- I've been having moderate lower back pain and cramping the last three days, which feels like maybe AF is coming but still nothing.

I'd like to start trying again but just feeling so frustrated and discouraged. Anybody go / going through something similar?
