Lower back pain!!!!
I recently have been having some issues with my sciatica nerve on my right side and I just don't know what to do for pain. Any suggestions? Heat or ice? Pain starts at top right above my butt and goes all the way down the back of my leg. My foot has been feeling numb. Suggestions please! Thank you!
