17dpo no AF!!

Me and my ex partner were trying for a baby for a few months we have now split up because of domestic violence but my periods are usually like clockwork exactly 2 weeks after I ovulate. I ovulated on the 5th and we had sex numerous times around the point, it's now day 3 past AF is due and she hasn't arrived? I did a test this morning and got BFN? Anyone experienced this and still got a BFP? I don't have any cramps just a kind of aching/stitch like feeling in the bottom of my stomach? I also have a lot of CM to the point where I need to change my underwear during the day.
