Help!! ttc and when should I test? new to this kind of group.

I'm new to this but me and my bf are ttc and I been having all kinds of symptoms. Been throwing up after I eat just about about any food just doesn't taste good. I eat because I have to. my boobs are getting tender but not extremely sore. my nipples defiantly look darker to me. I have an increase of discharge literally always feel wet down there. I also have been having trouble sleeping. i have cramps in my belly and it just feels tight in my lower stomach. I also feel super warm all the time but I didn't keep track of basal temp before hand so I have no clue. my period isn't due until Oct 1 but we had sex everyday I was fertile except the 2nd day it said I was fertile. I feel like I could be pregnant but not sure when I should test. it's way to early to test now right??
