How much in bottle?

I've been exclusively breastfeeding my son, we're going to be gone for an evening so I'll need my mom to bottle feed him that night. How much milk does a typical month old baby drink?

Have you checked to see if he will take a bottle? If not I'd recommend trying first. Some moms have gotten a frantic call when away because baby wouldn't take a bottle.

We were feeding our LO about 2oz at one month but our doctor said we should try to increase it to 2.5-3oz. We’re not almost two months and are at 3.5-4oz. Maybe prepare a bottle with 2-2.5oz but have another bottle ready with an addition ounce if they seem still hungry.
