Anxiety attacks in the shower

I have always had a fear of water but it's never bothered me while showering. It only really bothers me when I swim or if I have to go in any type of pool of water. I don't like being in a situation where I could drown. But the past couple of years I have been having anxiety/panic attacks in the shower. I'll get really dizzy, can't breathe, my heart beats super hard, my hands and feet shake, and Ill feel like I'm going to pass out. I get anxiety attacks a lot and I typically smoke weed to help manage my anxiety but I'm pregnant and don't want to do that. I've tried to find solutions on what I can do for my shower anxiety attacks and I've read it could be steam or the shower is too hot. But I have showered in cold water and it still doesn't help. I also keep the door open so the steam can go out. I've also read that if I have someone in the bathroom with me while I shower it could make me feel more at ease but that doesn't help either. The only thing that helps is getting out of the shower and either laying down or sitting down with my eyes closed and taking deep breaths as well as telling myself it's all in my head so I'm gonna be fine. I'm not afraid so I'm not really sure why it's happening every single time I shower. Has anyone else had experience with this or have any advice on what I could do?
