Hello... So I have been offered a new part time job that pays more than my current full time one and is 4 days a week not 5. I need to resign and give my notice it is a family owned business of about 80+ employees and a medium sized company. I am the front desk reception so everybody knows me. does anyone have any advice on how to approach my manager? and tell her I am sad to leave but need to do this for my career. please help ahhh
