Fainting while 12 weeks pregnant

I am 12 weeks along Monday and I've just recently started feeling faint every few days..Has anyone else experienced this? Is it something I should contact my OBGYN about? I never did this when I was pregnant with my daughter..I'm worried I am doing something wrong..Help please
