Whenever you are ready. There isn't a correct age. If you feel as though you are stable enough to raise a baby, then do it.... if you aren't, don't force it just because you think you are at the "right age".

When I was younger (18-20) I was determined that I would be done having kids by 30...... years past and relationships didn't work out and now I'm 30 and my husband and I are pregnant with our first.  It wasn't my ideal situation, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Any age is suitable, depending on the person. I've known 18 year olds who would be great parents. And people in their 30s who have kids and really shouldn't be parents. It really doesn't matter what age parents are, but I think it's better not to have kids till you're an adult yourself. 18 years 45 years - it can all be good.
