Feeling heartbroken, but hopeful.

We found out we were pregnant August 28th. Saw the doctor last week Wednesday for our first visit to confirm our pregnancy. Everything went smoothly, we were able to see a tiny baby with a strong heart beat of 130. Based on my last period, the doctor told us the baby measured at 6 weeks. Today I noticed a bit of pinkish/brownish spotting, and mild cramping and called in the Dr's office, and they were able to see us today. Did not get good news 😞 the Dr could not spot a heartbeat like last week, and today I should be 7 weeks, and the baby measured at only 6 weeks 1 day a sign that the baby is not growing. The Dr scheduled me for another u/s for Saturday to double check, and is what keeps me hopeful that maybe everything is alright..

My symptoms have been mainly sore boobs, but I had noticed this morning when I woke up my boobs were not as sore as they have been all this time up to today. Has anyone experienced similar scenario. I'm so sad, nervous, and heartbroken that this might be a miscarriage 😔
