How many weeks were you when your twin babies dropped? How long after they dropped did you deliver?

I am 30 weeks and believe that my babies have dropped. I see the doctor on Friday and will know for sure. I'm curious when your babies dropped and how long it took for labor to begin. This is my second pregnancy.

34 weeks and no nicu time plus I breast feed and had them both naturally so basically anything is possible. Good Luck!!

I had my doctors visit and the babies definitely dropped. I am already 1 cm dilated and 75% effaced. I was put on bed rest and may have to go to the hospital for steroids if I dilated any further. I am really nervous these babies will arrive too early.
