Need some advice!!!

So I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow went to my doctor appointment today and I'm dilated 3cm almost 4cm as far as doctor said.. So I need to know if there is a way to fasten this process.. Just so ready to meet my lil man... Any advice ladies on how to speed this process..
