Sciatica on inner thigh ???

So I have pain up my thigh and literally up my inner thigh to like the beginning of the left side of my vagina. It hurts so bad! I didn't know sciatica can affect you so bad 😭😭 any advice?!

i have that on my right leg, i broke my femur in a car accident and had to get a titanium rod from my hip to my knee. so now my nerves in my leg are damaged and i get these fucked up spasms that never go away. so what helps me is to stretch my leg as much as possible and rub the pressure points. Elevating my leg also helps and ice packs or heating pads as well. well i hope this helps because i know how much it hurts. thank god for muscle relaxers😜
