Diagnosed with PCOS. How can I not be angry and feel so empty?

While I was charting I noticed my LH surge was average around day 18-19-20. And my period would come day 25.  After ultra sound I was diagnosed with PCOS.  I was so....angry,lost.  My doctor said I am not alone and there are steps we can take to correct this.  Am I not alone?
