Super worried :( my 5 week old is sleeping a lot during the day.. a lot more than usual. It’s hard to even wake him up to eat and when I do feed him cuz I breastfeed he sucks on one boob and I don’t always know if he’s just sucking or actually swallowing

And he’ll sometimes only do 1 boob of the sucking for 20 min and fall asleep really quick so then it’s hard to get him to burp and then he won’t be up for the other boob. I’m just worried if he’s actually eating or not? He’s had diarrhea the passed 2 days, but today hasn’t had 1 quarter size poppy diaper.. so today I bottle fed him twice with my breastmilk cuz I don’t know if he’s actually eating from my boob cuz he’ll suck on and off with his eyes closed cuz he ends up falling asleep after like 5 minutes :( I hope someone has dealt with this before? Cuz I’m super concerned.

He has a heart murmur

He has fluid in his ball sac that usually goes away on its own, but hasn’t.

And I don’t know if any of those plays into him sleeping more?

He’s gaining lots of weight, so not sure if it’s a growth spurt or not :(

Earlier today he spit up a lot of my milk while I was giving him tummy time also..

During night/early morning he seems to eat good and is up crying.. but during the day he is just SUPER TIRED.

He had jaundice when he was born, but as far as I know that is gone cuz the doctor didn’t say anything about it yesterday
