So my boyfriend loves to suck on my nipples while we "play" , this time I think something may be wrong with my nipple? I'm the type of person who randomly just squeezes/ plays with my nipples and one of my nipples feel really weird. Could he have sucked on my nipple too hard to stretch something ??

EDIT: on the inside when I move the middle part side to side with my fingers it doesn't feel as thick compared to the other one
