I just recently started taking birth control (trinessa) and I’m currently on my first period since starting the pill and it’s literal hell. My typical period would have been 3-4 days of extremely light bleeding with no cramps but this period is on day 7 and it’s only getting heavier ( I went through 2 supers and a regular in less than 3 hours) and I’m having awful cramps. So my question; is this type of change normal?

Did anyone else have this kind of change?
