TMI. Spotting....

I had an HSG Wednesday. Tubes all clear and wonderful. I have pcos and never ovulate. I had some cramping and spotting the first day, and still have spotting today. All my OPKs haven't shown ovulation. So it's probably not implantation bleeding. Could I have ovulated before HSG and this is implantation or what? Advice please!
