Secret keeping

So, I found out at 10DPO!

I am at the doctors tomorrow, although I have tests from the past 5 days sat at home showing I am definitely pregnant!

I am on track to have a 12 week scan somewhere around 17th November, NHS availability dependant!

But, I am a whirlwind of emotion, and nerves, and fear, and I am really struggling to keep this between me and my SO. He is FANTASTIC, but last night I had such strong stabbing pains that all I wanted to do was call mum, but I remember I couldn't.

We're trying to keep it a secret until we get to the scan. Anyone else struggling too??!!
