On digital tests the lines mean nothing. That test only picks up your peak. You might be at "high fertility" though

Id still bd because I have saved my digital sticks and the color did change like a normal test. But since digital won't be pos until you are as high or higher than normal baseline lh level, it may not be picking it up. I literally never got a blinking face like your supposed to for a day or two before the solid one, I only ever got the solid face for one day. Here is was mine looked like as peak. The day before prob looks like yours so you are in high fertility window most likely
