Hi Ladies, I had my ET on sept 18. I had two embryos transferred. My nurse told me not to be active so much but bed rest is not necessary either. She even told me not to vacuum etc. I just need to hear from your experience how did it worked for you? How did you spend your days post ET and you got pregnant? Need to know about your activity during those two weeks wait and diet. Thank you all🙏🏻 keeping my finger crossed 🤞
