Helping hand?

So I've had major daddy issues all my life. As of right now we aren't even speaking. I'm so stressed that almost every night my stomach hurts so bad and I can't get to sleep. Any words of wisdom for me?🙏

Just hang in there. Be strong. And try to work on healing yourself.  I'm sorry for what you're going through.  :( I'm sure the words of a stranger mean little, but I've been there.

I don't talk to my dad. Haven't for years. He was a negative being in my life, and even though he is family, I don't like to have those kinds of people in my life. It was up to him if he wanted to be in my life, and he chose not to. I'm over it, and I've moved on. I do agree with therapy if you can do it. There is nothing wrong with it if you need it.

If at all possible, go seek professional help from a counselor or therapist. There's no shame in that! They're trained to walk alongside you through issues and help encourage and enlighten you. Most likely, they've helped other clients through similar struggles.
