I miscarried last Saturday. I went to the ER and the ultrasound didn't show anything. It was a complete natural miscarriage. I also went to the Dr. on Tuesday and he tested HCG levels to make sure they were dropping. They were over 11,000 on Saturday and dropped to just over 3,000 on Tuesday. But today (TMI part, sorry!) I noticed the blood had a strong odor. I have no fever or anything. Then a couple hours ago I passed a large clump of tissue. Definilty not a clot. I plan to call my Dr. tomorrow, but I wanted to see if anyone had any experience continuing to pass tissue over a week after a miscarriage. Also, I'm nervous the odor means infection and I just want this process to be over and not have any complications. Thanks for any advice or insights.
