Second opinion ?

Ok ladies maybe you can suggest some stuff for me I’m going on day 84 of no period I’ve had my tubes tied last year. The doctor told me not to worry about it as it could take up wards of a year to regulate . Since having my daughter and getting my tubes tied I’ve had it maybe 3-4 times . So should I take my docs advice even thou it’s been over a year or get a second opinion . I was regular before having my daughter to the point where i knew when i was ovulating . Thanks
