Is queefing normal? I get do embarrassed when this happens to the point of I never wanna have sex again! What can I do to stop this?!

OMG I hate it. It's so embarrassing to me. I was a 22 year old virgin and completely oblivious to anything sex related when I met my boyfriend. I feel you. 🙈 To avoid queefing incidents make sure that his penis remains completely inside you during sex. Make sure that when he is humping (going in and out) that he does not fully remove his penis and try to reinsert repeatedly. This causes air to go in. He must keep a small part of his penis inside you while having sex. If you do this, I guarantee you won't queef again.

I find that if he doesn't pull it all the way out a lot I don't get any air up there. I also tell him "don't pull it out cause you'll get air in there" so if it happens he will know that it wasn't a fart and he knows why it happens and i'm not embarrassed if it comes out. Also think of it like diarrhea,  any strenuous move will make it come out so if I know I got some air up there, cause you can feel it,  I let him get up to the bathroom first and as he's in there I'll let it all come out! Listen, it's very normal and there's nothing to be embarrassed about. If anything, he is the one that causes it. So don't feel bad about it at all. There's not much you can do about it except try to exercise your vaginal muscles so that you can control it even just a little. You shouldn't be embarrassed, it's completely normal. When you raise your hips (like if you're legs are on his shoulders) air gets caught up there and then you queef so the best way to avoid is to not raise you're hips to much. But really it's natural and it's gonna happen so just laugh it off
