Not sure what's happening?

Hi guys, I was wondering if any if you could help me out here! Ive only been tracking CM etc for a month but I know my cyles are always 28-30 days (more often 28!) so day 29 I did 2 boots standard pregnancy test (mid afternoon) and both were clearly negative...I am now cycle day 31 and still absolutely no sign of AF!  My cervix is high, soft and closed, I don't usually have that much cm but at the moment I am having loads of creamy/egg white cm. Also the strangest thing...I started having PMS symptoms around cycle day 21 but by 28 they had all dissapeared! I still don't feel like AF is coming? Has anyone else experienced this?
