6 weeks pp and pregnant

So I am 95% sure I am pregnant and I am also 6 weeks pp.. I am currently breastfeeding and hope I can continue. I am looking for some support. My husband is super upset and I just dont know what to think. I wanted to spend more time with my first before having another one. 😫 this is my test. I go to drs next friday.
