It works for some, and for some it doesn't. Wouldn't hurt to try. Have you tried ginger pills, teas or just anything really in general containing ginger? Or B3 and unisom?

I tried them. they helped a little...but not much. And my ms wasn't even super bad so I can't imagine it working for you if yours is moderate to severe. But they're cheap and worth a try. everyone is different.
