AF then bfp??

Question

I got my AF 5 days late after a faint positive  ( normal flow and clots). Them 3 days after AF super dark BFP. Wth. Went to the clinic to get blood work last week but since I live in a remote village haven't got the results yet. Driving myself crazy , what could it be?!? First picture one day late, second picture 12 days later.

Similar thing happened to me. I got my "period" 5 days early and then after a week I took a test because I felt like something was off. Got a dark BFP right away.
It was a lighter than my normal period but still seemed like a real period. I called our early pregnancy unit and they said it could have been implantation even though I don't really believe it would have been that much. But some people so bleed during pregnancy and it's not abnormal. They weren't concerned in the least bit and I haven't had any bleeding since. 6 weeks 2 days today.
