so I had my twins in august of 2016. I breastfeed/pumped for 2-3 months before being forced to stop due to medication from an dental operation.

I haven't had any leaking since I stopped, but I've been noticing spots on my shirt, right where my nipples would be. so today I saw the spot and I didn't know if it was from me or water splashing on me from cleaning baby bottles. but then I squeezed them just a tiny bit and what looked like milk came out. has this ever happened to anyone before? and is it normal for it to happen after almost a year of not pumping?
