TTC...red raspberry leaf tea?

Does anyone have any recommendations for this? When should I start drinking it and when should I stop? Anyone get their bfp when trying this tea? Has anyone had a negative reaction from it?

I recently began taking this tea. I read that you should drink it from cycle day one until ovulation. Do not drink it after ovulation because it can cause uterine contractions which can affect implantation

I started drinking it 6 months before we started ttc. Idk if it made a difference in conception, but I ended up having a blighted ovum. I had the smoothest miscarriage ever and I think it was because I’d been drinking it.
