CM/Ovulation

So, this is the first time I have experienced this so I would like some opinions. Just to add, I am on my first round of 50mg Clomid and I have PCOS.

For the past few days, I’ve had watery CM, seemed like a decent amount at first and then wasn’t a whole lot, but felt wet inside so I wasn’t dry. Yesterday around 8pm, our of no where I had a ton of ewcm, like a lot. It literally felt like my vagina was full of snot (tmi sorry, but 🤷🏻‍♀️) it was slimy/slippery and very clear. Any time I’ve experienced ewcm, it was clear and white mixed never solid clear, and thicker. Anyways, so husband and I bd right away. I checked my cervix again today (after 12 hours of intercourse) and it’s back to being watery and not a lot.. my cervix also dropped some. So all that ewcm I had.. would you say that’s when I ovulated or a good indication I ovulated? Also I have been having some cramping near my left ovary and some times the right as well, but more so the left.

Also is it normal or a good thing that the ewcm only lasted a few hours/over night?

I wanted to also note that at this time and since I started, OPKs were negative. I took one this morning with fmu and now it’s very positive, but I’m not having anymore cramping near either ovary so.. I’m confused. But with the PCOS I normally can’t rely on OPKs, but I figured I’d try because of the Clomid. Any ideas on this? Would you think I ovulated during those few hours I had a rush of ewcm and ovary pain or now/soon, now that the opk is positive?
