Going back to work?

Question

I have an opportunity to take off work & be a stay at home mom full time, i have two babies, 3 yr old & a 3 week old? I have a feeling i reaally want to go back to work, should i go part time for three days or just stay at home with the kids? is it bad for not wanting to be a stay at home mom? i love my babies....

If you could make it part time do that! I personally love staying home, but I often feel guilty I can't financially co tribute to our family. I didn't have a part time job for a while but we found it put more strain on our family so it wasn't worth the small income I was bringing in. but do whatever feels right for you! Don't feel guilty for wanting to work. you can probably afford dinner vacations than my family can!!🌞🌞

I went back to work part time for about 2 months when my daughter was 10 weeks old. originally it was Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:30-2. then someone quit and they asked me to take on 7-1:45. well my husband was the one taking care of our daughter and he was not used to taking care of a baby. and I would get frustrated that he never knew when she last ate or slept so I had to guess and just felt out of sync with her. I quit in June and they just begged me to come back for 10 weeks while a teacher is on maternity leave. I set my own schedule tgat works for our family (10:30-1:30 everyday except Wednesdays bc daddy needs a midweek break) and got a $1.50 raise. it's good to mix things up and if things don't end up working out for the whole 10 weeks, I have nothing to lose. I'll be trying to help out with the bills but still squirreling away a little Christmas money. it's great to have the adult interaction with parents (at a daycare) coteachers, and different babies that make me appreciate my own angel even more 😂

Some people aren't made to stay home and that's ok. There are days I miss the girls I worked with but I'm making mom friends so it's getting better.

I had the opportunity to stay home. I have a phenomenal and well paying job and my husband said we could make it work for me to be a SAHM. I went back to work. I love my daughter more than anything and I really went back for her. I want to set the example that you can raise a family and do something u love. Also, my salary also pays for those vacations and her college fund too. It was the hardest but easiest decision I ever could make.
