My daughter is 10 months and just in the last few days she has changed not only her nap schedule but she seems to get frustrated more lately and hits her head on the floor or hits her head with her hand. She does it when I tell her no sometimes. So I haven't been saying no and I just stop her from whatever she's doing. Anyone else have a change in behavior or the hitting the head thing? I read that it could just be they're frustrated and don't know how to communicate that. Ugh. I just hate when she does it!! Her nap schedule changed because now she does a nap early in the morning and early in the afternoon- she used to nap mid morning then late afternoon. So many changes just wanted to see if anyone else experienced this
