Quick fixes for nausea?
So my coworkers don't know I'm pregnant and I'd like to keep it that way until I'm at 14wks. I don't want to have to explain a possible miscarriage if there is one, nor am I certain I won't be discriminated against in my all-male workplace.
The problem is that I've now developed some serious nausea. Im good at faking it so far but there are some moments when I'm close to running out to get to a toilet ASAP!
Do any of you have things I can try that would alleviate some of the nausea so I can at least function and fake it til 5pm?
