Ladies. This is important. If a man, ex or not, ever EVER posts inappropriate pictures of you (meaning explicit..nude, sexual act) without your consent, it is ILLEGAL Under Texas law penal code 21.15. My ex boyfriend did this to me after I broke up with him. This was over a year ago and I'm finally starting to live my life again without fear of someone recognizing me from (website). It was a hard and difficult task to get the police to even realize that it was illegal in Texas because the law was brand-spankin-new. The law had been passed just a month before he did what he did. And I literally found The law for the police and brought it to their attention. My case was the first case with this law in Arlington, Texas. He was put in Jail for 6 months. Received 2 years probation. And 200 or so community service hours. Please know if this happens to you, you are not alone. And you have a voice. Go to the police and get that bastard put in jail. Fight for what is yours. Fight for your respect and dignity.
