Anyone has this or knows someone that has it...how was it corrected... the exercises involved?

oh girl i got this realll bad after having my daughter. i had to go to a physical therapist and do lots of work and exercises to help correct it, and its still there. i might have to have a surgery to totally fix it

I got it with my first 2 years ago pregnant now and still hasn’t went away I will be seeing a physical therapist after delivery
