Major swelling at 19 weeks!?!

Hey ladies, I have had minor swelling in my fingers and feet for the last month but this week I have had major swelling in my ankles and lower legs. My friend told me I was experiencing Pitting Edema after she pushed her finger into my leg and the dent stayed for a few minutes.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm worried because I'm only 19 weeks and still have 50% of my pregnancy to go.

I do have an OB appt this week and will make sure to speak to him about it. Just wanted to get advice from any of you who have experienced this. Thanks!
