Frustrated..

Finally stopped bleeding last week after my natural miscarriage alittle over a month ago. Went to the doctor's today for a routine gyn checkup and Doctor says my uterus feels tender and a bit abnormal. He thinks it could be fibroids or retained tissue left from my miscarriage. Going for an ultrasound this week but I'm frustrated with the idea that tissue may still be there and I will ultimately have to go through a D&C after all this time.. I was originally scheduled for one when I first found out my baby had no heartbeat but ended up passing everything on my own before the procedure-my doctor felt it was not necessary to continue on with the D&C. I have finally started to feel normal again and it feels like it will just be taking me back to square one..
